I use Therion for drawing cave maps. One of the output types from Therion is a 3d rendering of the general passage shape based on both survey measurements and plan and elevation drawings. These are viewed with a 3d viewer called Loch.

I have just got hold of some cave maps from the Middle Baram area dating from the 1990's. These were surveyed and drawn up by Dave Gill. Some are a bit faded and cropping occurs but it's better than no record at all.
